FestCorps, Inc. is an organization founded by Elwyn Raymer
dedicated to producing events that combine great musical events
with out-of-the-ordinary travel experiences.

"My background in professional church music, music publishing
administration and a personal love of travel provided the combination
of skills and interests to develop a pastime into a second career." Elwyn
C. Raymer, FestCorps President, Nashville, Tennessee
FestCorps,
Inc. has produced the International
Church Music Festival annually since 1984. This event
has been held in England, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and even aboard
the Queen Mary II!
Between 500 - 1,000 musicians and
friends from as many as 28 countries on 6 continents gather to sing and
enjoy classic sacred choral literature.
We are led by
world-renowned musicians including English-born Sir David Willcocks and
Paul Leddington Wright, and the American duo pianists, (Stephen) Nielson & (Ovid)
Young. All have been involved with the ICMF since its inception.
Jonathan Willcocks
and John Rutter, both from England, have served with Sir David as Co-Conductors
for three of the annual Festivals.

About the Festival
"The ecumenical experience of music and faith
lived out during the week is a marvelous benefit of the ICMF."
Lee from Arlington Heights, IL.
______
"The reaction of Coventry Cathedral to its being bombed in 1940
was not of revenge but of determination to work for international peace
and reconciliation. As a result, we have friends throughout the world.
The ICMF Festivals have expanded our circle of friends from Poland, the
Slovak and Czech Republics, Holland, Wales, China, India, Africa, Switzerland,
Lithuania, England, and America."
Rev. John, Provost, Coventry Cathedral
______
My choir felt without exception the ICMF "created a once-in-a-lifetime
experience." Everything about the Festival met or exceeded my expectations,
and my expectations were fairly lofty!"
James from Savannah, GA |
